1、由于裝載機柴油機上運動副很多,所以引起的機械激振力也很多,其中有活塞與氣缸敲擊產(chǎn)生的噪聲,正時齒輪響聲,燃油噴射系統(tǒng)噪聲,配氣機構噪聲等。

其它機械噪音來自發(fā)動機活塞、氣門機構等,構成了發(fā)動機噪音的一部分,如活塞敲缸,挺桿噪音,氣門開閉所產(chǎn)生的噪音,氣門和氣門彈簧振動所產(chǎn)生的噪音,以及正時鏈與鏈輪嚙合時產(chǎn)生的噪音。

要減輕活塞敲缸,必須減少主側壓力,因此有些發(fā)動機將活塞銷的中心與活塞中心線偏離一定距離,即可減少敲缸聲。減少活塞敲缸的另一方法是在活塞裙部安裝鋼架,用以減少活塞裙部的熱變形,從而可使用尺寸略大的活塞,將活塞間隙減小,使活塞敲缸聲變小。
