問題一:攤鋪機如何快速拼裝
Problem 1: How to quickly assemble the paver
攤鋪機拼裝一直是影響攤鋪的首要問題,拼裝快慢與質(zhì)量一直是考驗機手的一道難題。需要挑準(zhǔn)組裝配件,連接端頭也要清理干凈。組裝原則:先里后外,先大后?。聪冉M裝里面的配件,后裝外面的配件,先裝大的配件,再裝小的配件,左右對稱)。拼裝前,先把左右兩邊配件分好,擺放在相應(yīng)位置,而且需要做好標(biāo)記,為后面拼裝打好基礎(chǔ)。這樣就可以快速的進行組裝調(diào)試了。

問題二:拼裝寬度應(yīng)比作業(yè)面窄多少合適

拼裝寬度應(yīng)比作業(yè)面窄15-30cm為宜。因為,設(shè)備過寬易導(dǎo)致設(shè)備開偏撞到路沿石;過窄易導(dǎo)致攤鋪的兩端沒有夯實,與熨平板夯實的作業(yè)面出現(xiàn)效果差。

問題三:無液壓油輸出,系統(tǒng)不工作
Problem 3: No hydraulic oil output, the system does not work
檢查液壓泵是否旋轉(zhuǎn);油箱油液是否足夠;吸油濾油器和管路是否堵塞。檢查吸油濾油器真空表,壓力在25kPa時更換濾油器;在壓力回路上測壓力,如壓力很小,檢查更換溢流閥。泵不排油,更換泵或管路;壓力波動,排除吸人管進氣現(xiàn)象。

問題四:油溫過高

檢查油箱內(nèi)油量;濾油器濾芯污染情況;泵和馬達運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。補充加油;更換濾油器濾芯;檢查溢流閥工作情況,視情況對其進行更換;更換泵和馬達已損部件。

問題五:噪聲大

檢查油箱中的油是否有氣泡產(chǎn)生;管路固定處是否松動;泵和馬達工作狀態(tài)。油不足補充加油;加固松動連接處防止共振;元件損壞應(yīng)及時更換;排除液壓回路中的氣體。
