攤鋪機使用施工中的注意事項

(1)按照施工的嚴格要求，合理確定攤鋪機出租之后的工作速度、攤鋪寬度、攤鋪厚度、刮板輸送器及螺旋分料器轉(zhuǎn)速、斗門開度等技術(shù)參數(shù)。

(1) According to the strict requirements of construction, reasonably determine the working speed, paving width, paving thickness, speed of scraper conveyor and spiral distributor, bucket door opening and other technical parameters of the paver after lease.

(2)機械在傳動的瀝青混合料攤鋪機機，換檔一定須在攤鋪機完全停止時進行，并嚴禁用力掛檔。

(3)準備卸料時，攤鋪機推輪靠近自卸車后輪，自卸車掛空檔。攤鋪機同時推動兩個。

(5)嚴禁操作人員在設備作業(yè)時離開駕駛臺，無關(guān)人員不得在作業(yè)時上、下設備，或在駕駛臺上停留。

(6)攤鋪機轉(zhuǎn)場后若是在行駛的過程中，禁止在坡道上換檔，或空檔下坡滑行。攤鋪作業(yè)前20-40min，對熨平板進行預熱，使其接近瀝青混合料的攤鋪溫度;因故暫停作業(yè)時，使用預熱系統(tǒng)進行保溫，防止熨平板冷卻;用電預熱時，應先啟動發(fā)動機。
