壓路機(jī)從大方面可分為振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)(碾壓)和靜壓路機(jī)(碾壓),振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)又可分為2振幅、6振幅8振幅等,再細(xì)化就是根據(jù)自重和振幅、激振力等區(qū)分型號(hào)了。

第二種分類方式:還有就是根據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)方式、傳動(dòng)方式,操作方式等來區(qū)分,如全驅(qū)或后驅(qū),液壓或機(jī)械等等。

鋼輪式壓路機(jī)的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)是機(jī)重和線壓力。各種鋼輪式壓路機(jī)機(jī)重范圍約為:兩輪壓路機(jī)2~13噸,三輪壓路機(jī)1~15噸,按需要可加壓重1~3噸,三軸三輪壓路機(jī)13~14噸,加壓重后為18~19噸。單鋼輪震動(dòng)壓路機(jī)目前已經(jīng)從22噸單鋼輪震動(dòng)壓路機(jī)發(fā)展到26噸單鋼輪震動(dòng)壓路機(jī)、33噸單鋼輪震動(dòng)壓路機(jī)、39噸單鋼輪震動(dòng)壓路機(jī)。

碾輪采用充氣輪胎,一般裝前輪3~5個(gè),后輪4~6個(gè)。如改變充氣壓力可改變輪胎式壓路機(jī)接地壓力,壓力調(diào)節(jié)范圍為0.11~1.05兆帕。輪胎式壓路機(jī)采用液壓、液力或機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),單軸或全軸驅(qū)動(dòng),寬基輪胎鉸接式車架結(jié)構(gòu)三點(diǎn)支承。壓實(shí)過程有揉搓作用,使壓實(shí)層顆粒不破壞而相嵌,均勻密實(shí)。機(jī)動(dòng)性好,行速快(可達(dá)25/時(shí)),用于道路、飛機(jī)場等工程墊層的壓實(shí)。
